Create your own service plans

You do not have to resell our plans: build your own catalogue with the names, prices and limits that make sense for your clients. We invoice you the cost; what you charge is up to you.

Define the plan: name, price, monthly, quarterly or yearly billing and the limits on space, transfer, domains and mailboxes you want to include.
Assign it to the client: when you create the contract you pick the plan and the price and billing period fill themselves in; then you link the hosting, websites and domains it covers.
Then forget about it: the contract renews itself and, if you want, issues and emails the invoice to the client every period with your own numbering and your brand.

Common questions from agencies

How do volume discounts work?

The discount applies to our public prices based on your annual billing with us: 15% up to €1,000, 25% up to €5,000 and 30% up to €15,000. Above that, tailored Partner terms that can reach 40-50% on cloud hosting and applications. For VPS and dedicated servers the cap is 25%, and domains have their own scale (0% to 10%). Your tier is reviewed once a year and there is no joining fee.

Will my clients have their own control panel?

Yes. Every client in your portfolio gets their own control panel, where they independently manage their domains, hosting, mailboxes, DNS, applications and invoices. You send them their login details with one click from their record in the agency control panel, and you keep full access to all their services.

Can I have the panel on my own domain and with my own logo?

Yes, and it is included in the agency programme. The panel is published at control.your-domain.tld: you point that subdomain to us with a DNS record and we set it live, with the security certificate issued and renewed automatically. You upload your logo from your agency settings and it appears in the panel header, both yours and your clients', on the invoices you issue and on the emails we send on your behalf. Once you have your own panel, your clients always sign in through your address.

Can I create my own service plans?

Yes. Your agency panel has your own plan catalogue: you set the name, the price, the billing period (monthly, quarterly or yearly) and the space, transfer, domain and mailbox limits for each one. When you create a client's contract you pick the plan and the price and billing period are applied automatically; the contract renews itself and, if you want, issues the invoice every period with your own numbering and your brand. What we invoice you is the cost of the services; what you charge your clients is up to you.

Can I limit what my clients can do from their panel?

Yes. In each client's record you enable whether they can register domains or buy hosting on their own; if you do not, the option does not appear for them. The rest of the day-to-day work (websites, mailboxes, DNS, FTP, databases, backups and certificates) they can do themselves, and they never see your servers or the rest of your portfolio.

Which notifications do I get and which do my clients get?

You choose them yourself, one by one, from your agency settings, and you set the address where you want to receive yours. You can get the weekly portfolio summary (domains about to expire, hosting running out of space and unpaid invoices), the summary of what is still to be collected and the alert for a returned direct debit. Your clients can get reminders for unpaid invoices and security notifications when a password is changed, and the emails go out with your agency's reply address and in each client's language.

What does the delegated invoicing service include?

We issue invoices in your agency's name and with your logo, collect them by card or direct debit, handle returns and first-level payment reminders, and settle the amounts to you continuously. The fee is 5% of the invoiced amount and covers invoicing, collections and returns management.

How does payment collection work with delegated invoicing?

Through Stripe Connect. From the agency control panel settings you open a Stripe account connected to our platform: Stripe verifies your agency via a link we generate for you and you link your bank account. From then on, every invoice we issue in your name includes a payment link from your own Stripe account. When the client pays, the money goes straight to your bank account, never passing through Intergrid, and Stripe automatically splits off our 5% commission from the same payment, with no manual settlements. Clients who prefer to pay by bank transfer see your IBAN on the invoice, and you mark the payment as received from the control panel.

Can I use your platform on my servers?

Yes. On the VPS and dedicated servers you contract with us we deploy the web and mail services platform at no extra cost. The Intrabase applications require a license, with your tier discount.

Who provides technical support to my clients?

You provide first-level support to your clients, as you own the commercial relationship. Behind you is our technical team for everything affecting the infrastructure and services: as an agency, you get direct, priority support from us.

Is there a minimum commitment? Can I cancel whenever I want?

There's no minimum commitment. You can adjust the number of services or leave the programme whenever you need, with no penalties.

How is my current portfolio migrated?

We do it for you, free of charge. You give us the access details for your current provider and we migrate websites, email, DNS and domains with no downtime, and you can follow the progress in real time from the agency control panel. All you have to do is tell your clients when you see fit.

Can I transfer domains registered with another registrar?

Yes. All you need is the authorisation code for each domain and we start the transfer from the control panel. The domain contract expires when the domain does, so you don't pay again for the time you had already bought, and transferred domains count towards your tier's domain discount scale.

How long does it take for the agency control panel to be up and running?

The same day. Once the agency agreement is signed we set up your control panel user and you can start creating clients, registering domains and ordering hosting right away. If you bring an existing portfolio, we plan the migration in parallel.

Can I set my own prices for my clients?

Yes, always. What you charge your clients is up to you; your tier's discount is your margin. With delegated invoicing, you define the products, line items and prices in the control panel and invoices are issued at your prices.

What if one of my clients wants to deal directly with Intergrid?

The client is yours. We don't approach them commercially or offer them direct services, and we would only move them to a direct account with your explicit agreement. If you want them to become our client, we handle it from the control panel at no cost.

How and when is the discount tier reviewed?

Once a year, based on your billing with us over the previous twelve months. If you grow during the year and move up a tier, we bring the review forward: you don't have to wait for the annual date to enjoy the new discount.

Can I manage dedicated servers or VPS from the agency control panel?

Yes. The dedicated servers and VPS you order appear in the agency control panel with their status, hardware, real-time resources, Docker containers and virtual machines, plus power and reboot control. On top of that, we deploy our web and email services platform on them at no licence cost.

Can I invite other people from my team to the control panel?

Yes. Access to the agency control panel is per user and we create as many as you need for the people on your team, each with their own credentials. Just ask and we'll set them up.

What happens with a client who doesn't pay me?

You can suspend their services from the agency control panel whenever you decide, and reactivate them with one click once they catch up. If you have delegated invoicing enabled, first-level payment reminders and refunds are handled by us as part of the 5% commission.

Can I offer Intrabase Workspace to my clients without subscribing to it myself?

Yes. Intrabase Workspace is ordered per client and per user (€4/user/month with your tier's discount and 20% less with annual payment), directly from the agency control panel. Your agency doesn't need to use it in order to resell it.

What happens to my portfolio if I leave the programme?

There's no minimum term and no penalties. Your clients' services stay active and you decide: hand them over to become direct clients, migrate them to another provider or keep part of them. Domains always belong to the clients and we give you the authorisation codes whenever you ask.
