I cannot access my email or my website
If you are having trouble accessing your email or website, our firewall may have temporarily blocked your IP for security reasons.
Why has my access been blocked?
Our security system may temporarily block your IP in the following situations:
-
Authentication errors
You have entered the incorrect password several times in a row when trying to access email, FTP, SSH or the control panel.
-
Website programming errors
Your website contains errors that repeat continuously and our system detects them as possible attacks.
-
Automatic protection
This measure is automatic and temporary, designed to protect your services and our servers.
How can I check if I am blocked and unblock myself?
Use our diagnostic tool to check the status of your IP and unblock it if necessary:
IP check tool
This tool allows you to:
- View your current IP address
- Check if your IP is blocked
- Unblock your IP immediately
The unblocking is immediate, but if you continue entering incorrect credentials or if the website errors persist, the IP will be automatically blocked again.
How can I avoid future blocks?
-
Verify your passwords
Make sure you are using the correct passwords to access your services (email, FTP, SSH, etc.).
-
Review your website errors
If you have programming errors that repeat constantly, review the error logs and fix them.
-
Update applications
Keep WordPress and other web applications up to date to avoid security errors.
-
Configure email clients correctly
Make sure your email clients (Thunderbird, Outlook, etc.) have the correct configuration settings.
